120 Night Sleep Trial Policy
We strive to provide our customers with a great mattress that works for you but sometimes things go wrong. We would be honored if you let us make it right. If you are having a comfort issue with your Beautyrest Black or Serta iComfort mattress we will exchange it once all the below points are met.

Sleep Trial lasts 120 days from delivery or pick up date.

There is a minimum of 30 days where the mattress needs to be in the home before an exchange for another. A new mattress often has a “break in” period of two to four weeks.

Exchange is for the MATTRESS ONLY of equal or lesser value. No refunds for a lower retail cost mattress. Greater value mattresses will require a difference in retail costs paid.

Any stain on the mattress of any nature and size will void the warranty and 120 Night Sleep Trial. Lake Country Bed Barn offers mattress protectors for purchase to protect your mattress from stains.

If you remove your law label tag from the mattress the 120 Night Sleep Trial will be void.

This is a one time only Sleep Trial. Once exchanged the agreement has been fulfilled.

Lake Country Bed Barn will charge $75 to pick up the returned mattress and deliver the new mattress if needed within Waukesha County (outside county limits will have added fees).
